All CRM services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Users can choose a plan that best fits their business needs. Payment for subscriptions must be made in advance.
Cancelling a subscription will stop future billing.
Access to premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
No partial cancellations or downgrades will result in a prorated refund.
All payments made are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds for unused time, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction after the subscription has started.
Refunds are not applicable once CRM onboarding, automation setup, or service activation has been completed.
